If you know exactly what you want but
don’t know how to get it… I can help.
Experience in the real estate business is a valuable tool that can only be earned or shared. As someone with over a decade in the industry, I have earned a lot of experience and would love to share what I have learned. When deciding to pursue real estate investing, it can be difficult to know where to begin.
Why do you need a real estate mentor?
I have done the legwork and know what works. This knowledge will allow you to have the right plan from the start and help you to avoid costly mistakes and detours that delay you in meeting your goals. As an established real estate investor, I also have many resources and relationships that can also be helpful to someone who is struggling in the business or just starting out. If you’re looking for a mentor with a proven track record in the business, contact me to set up an interview and discuss mentorship options.
What should you look for in a real estate mentor?
There are many different teachers in real estate and it is important that you find the one that is right for you! Look for someone who has been successful in the business for a substantial amount of time. It is a bonus if they have dealt with more than one facet of the business, as this can provide more knowledge and a well-rounded approach. Additionally, do not shy away from someone who has experienced failure. If you stay in an industry long enough, you will inevitably experience some set-backs. Recovering from defeat and coming out on top is a sign of someone who has true staying power and skill in the real estate world. Finally, in any business, convictions will be tested. Know what you stand for and what you are willing to do (and not do) and find a mentor who holds those same values.
What is a real estate mentorship worth?
While it does not make sense to fork out tens of thousands of dollars for classes, gurus, or “secrets” in the real estate investment business, some compensation is fair. Quality teaching takes time, dedication, creativity, and patience. As a mentor, I invest the mentorship fee into the process of creating leads that you can use to pursue deals. During this process I will advise and instruct you to help you close a deal successfully. When you pay for my mentorship program, you are essentially investing in your own business while you receive my guidance and experience along the way. If you’re ready to invest in your business and in yourself, contact me today.
Are you ready to be mentored?
A mentorship is a relationship between two people, so how do you know if you are ready to enter into this type of relationship? There are a couple of key characteristics of individuals who will make good students and go on to be successful on their own. First, recognize that everyone has a role to play and yours is that of a student. It is important to have confidence in your abilities and what you bring to the table while remaining teachable! Second, have a defined vision of what you are wanting to accomplish. This will make it much more likely that you reach your goals and will enable you to make the most out of your mentorship.
